The way of salvation
No amount of good deeds, morals, or religious activity can earn our way to heaven. We still fall short.
For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. (Rom 3:23)
What we earn, or our wage for rebelling against God is death and Hell. (Rom 6:23) But, despite sinful nature, God gave his grace by sending us the perfect gift of Jesus Christ, His Son.
And even while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Rom (5:8)
Christ’s blood has paid our penalty, allowing us to be justified freely! Look to Christ alone for salvation. It makes no difference where you’ve been or what you’ve done.
Whosoever shall call upon the Lord shall be saved. (Rom 10:13)
Look and rest in Jesus for salvation.
You can experience the true peace and rest that Jesus offers to those that call upon him. Pray and ask him for forgiveness today.
